This heat makes me very happy, I have no idea what people are complaining about! The hot weather always goes well with seafood and beer, a perfect combination in my opinion. I’ve also been drooling over mussels for a while now, oysters as well, but that’s another story. Today marks the first trip to Costco that took less than 5 minutes: into the store, picked up mussels, cash register, out of the store = perfection! These mussels turned out so tender and juicy, pure finger licking goodness!
