- I’m in a slightly relaxed mood this week. Who am I kidding? I’m in a Very relaxed, unproductive, mood this week! I blame it on Christmas music, which by the way, is sooooo overplayed. I mean, yes, it puts people in the Holiday spirit, but when you hear it everywhere including restaurant washrooms and long distance buses [for SEVEN hours] it gets to you slightly! All in all, it was a lovely week, and I hope everyone had the most amazing Christmas and time well spent with their families and friends.
- I saw Avatar! Didn’t everyone else though? The winding line of people and sold out shows, even for a 10:45pm screening, sent a clear message that I don’t belong to an ‘elite Avatar watcher club’! But Oh Em G, blue people were amazing! Props for the choice of a nice blue colour on them too! The magical forest, the glow of… well absolutely everything, and the attention to detail were mind blowing. Makes me want to create beautiful set ups for photo shoots and learn CGI.. and fly one of those bird thingies. That movie was most definitely the ‘eye candy’ of the year for me!
- This is officially the last Random Wednesday post of the year! What happened 2009? Why do you leave so early? Now, this new year is slightly confusing! What am I supposed to call it? 20-10, 10, or just stick with the long ‘Two thousand and ten’? I guess I’ll figure that out in two days when crowds will be yelling “Happy 2____”. Oh, the suspense! So 2010, BRING IT! I’m so ready for you!
